71. The Chief Electoral Officer must publish, on the electronic tendering system, and at least once every 6 months, a list of the contracts involving an expenditure greater than $25,000 entered into by mutual agreement or following an invitation to tender, except contracts involving confidential or protected information within the meaning of subparagraph 3 or subparagraph 9 of the first paragraph of section 37.
